Amy Wilson is a fine art photographer whose work explores the themes of identity, autobiography, and feminism. She has a BA from Eugene Lang College and a BFA from Parsons School of Design, both part of The New School for Social Research and is a 2019 finalist in The Center Center for Emerging Visuals Artists Fellowship.
Her photographs have been shown at the gallery at MaxMara New York, along with the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center and the Da Vinci Art Alliance in Philadelphia.
In addition to her artistic practice, Amy has worked in libraries and in book and magazine publishing. She is a freelance writer and the author of numerous books for children under the pseudonym Amy Ackelsberg.
She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two children.
